IMX Software delivers product-based solutions to its clients built on a core platform called GTS that is managed on the basis of a single ‘mainline’ software release.
Into this mainline release we include all market-based and client-specific developments. This enables us to optimise our support operations and reduce client costs.
However, in some instances, a client may wish to maintain unique product developments on an exclusive basis, usually for a fixed period to exploit a market-leading competitive advantage. IMX is able to respond to this request by developing and maintaining exclusive functionality separately on a client-specific ‘branch’ of the software. The costs for this service would be provided based on a thorough understanding of a client’s requirements.
