Andrew Holley, Non-Executive Chairman
Andrew Holley was appointed Chairman in 2014. He has worked in financial services for over 30 years and held executive management roles in technology functions with a global remit. Since 2010, he has been a founding director at Holley Holland, a boutique business transformation consultancy specialising in the financial services Industry.
He has held senior positions at JP Morgan, Chase Manhattan, Chemical Bank, Manufacturers Hanover and Fidelity International and operated at chief technology officer (CTO) and chief information officer (CIO) level.
Andrew has extensive experience in capital markets, traded products and functions, from analytics and execution to settlement, finance and risk. He also has in-depth knowledge of the end-to-end asset management business model and associated technology and operational functions.
In addition, he combines practical experience in leading projects throughout EMEA, Asia-Pacific, North and South America with expertise in developing business vision and supporting technology and operational strategies in an advisory and execution capacity.
Bill Tickner, Managing Director
Bill was appointed Managing Director in 2010 having previously served as VP Sales. He brings an entrepreneurial commercial leadership style and 25 years’ experience gained from senior management roles within specialist technology businesses in financial services and telecoms. Prior to joining IMX, Bill was Chief Executive of Omnix Software, a UK-based software business serving global clients. He has held senior roles including Vice-President, EMEA at Clarity, a provider of telecom operational support systems, and Vice-President at Convergys Corporation, where he led business development teams throughout Europe and Asia Pacific.
Prior to Convergys, Bill led EMEA business development for Geneva Technology, a UK-based software company. After 4 years of rapid growth Geneva was acquired by Convergys in 2001.
In addition, Bill has held senior commercial management roles at two UK technology start-ups to support early-stage sales and market development.
Bill holds an Executive MBA from Henley Business School.
David Phillips, Financial Director
David Phillips has over 25 years commercial and finance experience gained in a variety of organisations including Sanofi-aventis where he worked as Head of Finance and Head of Supply chain for the UK generics medicines division of the global pharmaceutical company.
Prior to that he was Finance Director of Flomerics Group Plc – a software engineering company where he was involved in a successful flotation on to the Alternative Investment Market.
David has a Degree in Accounting and Finance from Kingston University and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
Mark Holland, Non-Executive Director
Mark Holland was appointed Director in 2014. He has worked in financial services for over 20 years and specialises in leading transcontinental programmes across dispersed teams in multiple time zones. Since 2009, he has been a founding director at Holley Holland, a boutique business transformation consultancy specialising in the financial services Industry.
Prior to joining Holley Holland, Mark held senior positions at Fidelity International, KPMG Consulting, HSBC Asset Management and the London Stock Exchange in a variety of change-related roles.
He has worked for a wide range of clients within the investment management, life assurance and capital markets industries and has focused primarily on large scale technology and operational transformation initiatives. He also has extensive experience in working within financial markets throughout Europe, India, US and Far East.
Mark holds a BSc Honours degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
